IKON takes part in the ACI Ready2Go conference on inclusive mobility

On 3 December, during the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the event “Liberi di guidare: mobilità e inclusione” took place in Rome, the annual meeting promoted by ACI Ready2Go. This edition was particularly significant as it coincided with the 120th anniversary of the Automobile Club d’Italia.

IKON, represented by CEO Enrico Degrassi, took part in the event by presenting the company’s work on VR driving simulators and highlighting how technology can serve as a means of inclusion rather than a barrier.

When properly designed, virtual reality enables safe, controlled environments where learners can practise, experiment and gain confidence, making training more accessible for everyone.

A special thanks to ACI and the Ready2Go network for the invitation and for fostering an open dialogue on the future of inclusive mobility.
